New camera

Postby StiggyAllen » Thu Jan 24, 2013 10:57 pm

I've sort of inherited my dads camera. He doesn't really use it, so he's told me I can borrow it until he needs it. I've only just picked it up tonight so I've took no pics as yet. But I honestly don't know where to start with its settings etc.
It's a canon eos 5D.
I'm going to have a go with it tomorrow and see if I can work it out lol.

Is it a TTFL flash? If yes then it speaks to the camera, if not then dont use it yet as you will have to manually adjust and thats another fiddly thing to do when your not used to the auto camera as it is. :tu:
