Accurate heater

Am messing about with a Juwel heater trying to get the right Temp. Anyone have any recommendations for accurate heater that will fit Juwel Rio 400?

Not at home this weekend so can't tell you brand today but with the heater I just took it that you get what you pay for - so I laid out good money at a reputable LFS' one with a guard etc.
