ccleaner is a great tool!.. sorry just going off subject there I work in IT

Oh yes I love it.


I have no idea how we got to Ccleaner but were there and I recommend it.

I find it the easiest and simplest way to turn startup processors off too. :handgestures-thumbup:

Oh if you need to access the startup process run msconfig ;-) you can also turn off services too, if your unsure how to run msconfig let me know what verison of Windows you run and I'll tell you how to get to it.

It's free and its a part of Windows.

Yesh I used to run that but then while I was in Ccleaner I started using that as it was quicker to get too before I closed it. If you know what I mean.

At the moment I think I need something more powerful than ccleaner, my pc is really sluggish at the moment. :(

Thank's Barry. I refuse to buy something like that. I have been searching for 2+ years of a step by step removal for this but its not the tdss version of the virus, its the generic one and most step by steps fail to help so I am assuming the paid removal tool is just one of those step by steps I have tried but is quicker with the same end results.
