Any ideas on why it still rattles? Or has it more or less run it's life do you think. :handgestures-thumbup:

i dont really know tbh have you tried taking it along to your local lfs to see if they can find anything wrong with it?

To be honest won't be dealing with lfs anymore. took over the pro 3 as it was leaking they said the head was cracked there's nothing wrong with the head so will not be taking anything else to them. I'll have to check should still have the receipt for it. They just send it away and come back with more crap. Sorry for the rant but they are driving me nuts at the minute :handgestures-thumbup:

sounds like a typical lfs then alls good when handing over the money but when things go wrong they just seem to come up with exuses :handgestures-thumbdown:

Er have to stick my oar in again and say imho its not just lfs its ALL shops these days that are like this, nice before and during taking your money but afterwards if there's a problem customer service is bollox. :happy-jumpeveryone:

Actually had a pretty good conversation with them today concerning the pro 3. After I threatened to come over to the shop. Getting places they want to do whatever they can to help. Result :handgestures-thumbup:

Open the air pump up again, remove the rubber diaphragm and check that there are no holes in it. When a diaphragm goes it stops pumping and the vibrating arm is not cushioned properly giving increased noise.
