New tank

Can I have Julidochromis maleri, Neolamprologus pulcher, Neolamprologus multifasciatus, Neolamprologus tretocephalus and Duboisi tropheus together in a 400 liter tank? The substrate is sand and I have plenty of rock decor. Also what numbers of them should I have?

Tropheus are best on their own to be honest.
