I had a marine tank for a while few years back... Solandri Puffer, McCoskers Flasher wrasse, Royal Gramma, Yellow-tail damsel and a few softies... moved away for a while so gave it up, but always thinking of going back... Don't like the limited aquascaping options though (unless you like either spending a million pounds on SPS, or you're partial to piles of dirty looking algae/polyp/macroalgae/coraline covered live rock)... would consider trying an old fashion fish only, with some non-ocean-rock rocks, kind of mbuna or even amano style aquascaping... don't know, keep changing my mind...

Could'nt agree with you more, I don't have the paitence with Marines anymore. I was lucky yo work with Marines in my last job, Along side all other Freshwater etc. I agree with you interms of the aquascaping, it is very limited, especially on a budget. But I'm telling you now, If you have the money, it's well worth the hassle.
